Your luxury Villa is the perfect setting as a base from which to explore the
wonderful world of Disney. Situated just 10 minutes drive from the Disney
World Resort, MGM and Epcot Centre, yet offering the quiet seclusion of a
suburban neighbourhood.
The Villa is fully equipped to the highest standard, including 3 televisions, 2
video recorders, a music centre, DVD player and Playstation 2. All bed Linen, towels etc are supplied
for your use during the holiday, but we do, however, request that you take
your own towels to the water parks and beaches. A cot with linen and
a high chair are also provided.
  GROUND FLOOR
Large spacious open plan lounge beautifully furnished including a TV/video, DVD player and music centre. The breakfast area leads to a covered patio and swimming pool. A fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. All necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided.
Master Bedroom 
Master bedroom has a King sized bed and its own TV. Large en suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle and private toilet and a large walk in cupboard.
Den/5th Bedroom & Shower Room
The newly furnished Den/5th Bedroom has a double sleeper sofa allowing a quiet area for relaxing or sleeping accommodation for 2 people, it also includes a Sony Playstation 2 with a selection of games. Opposite is a shower room with vanity washbasin and a separate toilet.
  Garage and Utility Area
An internal door from the entrance hall leads to the large double garage. The garage includes a utility area with large washing machine and tumble dryer. Electric door opening control gives easy access in and out of the garage.
  FIRSTFLOOR
2nd Bedroom
A spacious double room with large fitted wardrobe, a queen sized double bed and a television and video recorder.
3rd & 4th Bedrooms
Two twin bedded rooms with large fitted wardrobes.
The Bathroom upstairs has a combined bath and shower, toilet and washbasin.
A large upstairs landing overlooks the downstairs creating a feeling of space.
Pool & Sun Deck
The Villa has its own private screened pool complete with a large sun deck and palm trees. Patio furniture includes table and chairs and four sun loungers, also a barbeque for long warm evenings eating by the pool.
Pool heating is available for cooler times of the year at an extra cost.
