Your Vacation Home is luxuriously furnished and fully air conditioned for your comfort. It is fully equipped to cater for the most discerning families. Facilities include four televisions and two video recorders. All bed linen, towels, etc are supplied for your own use during your holiday, but we do, however, request that you take your own towels to the water parks and beaches. A cot with linen and a high chair are also provided.

The accommodation is as follows

Dining Room/Kitchen
Entrance foyer leading into the dining room.  Large dining table seating eight people.  Double patio doors leading onto pool area.  Fully fitted kitchen with full size cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven.  Naturally, all necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided.  Breakfast bar with four bar stools.

Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer leading into garage with electronic doors.

Lounge
The Dining Room leads into a spacious lounge complete with 27” TV and Video recorder.  Double patio doors leading onto the pool area.

Master Bedroom
Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own TV.  Double doors leading onto pool area.  En suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle and private toilet.  There is a walk in wardrobe between the bedroom and the en suite area.

2nd Master Bedroom
2nd Master bedroom also has a queen sized double bed and its own TV.  It has an en suite shower room with toilet and hand basin and has direct access to the pool area.

3rd & 4th Bedrooms
The 3rd and 4th Bedrooms have twin beds.   They share a common bathroom which is
situated between them.

Bathroom and Den
Den/5th Bedroom has a queen sofa bed with TV and video.   This room may be used as a private bedroom once the sofa is folded down or as a second lounge where the children may watch TV or videos.

Pool/Sun Deck
The villa has its own private screened pool complete with a large sun deck for the ‘sun worshipers’ and a covered porch area with ceiling fans for those with more sensitive skin.  An exterior table is provided enabling you to eat “alfresco”.  Patio furniture consists of four chairs, six reclining chairs and six ottomans.

For the more energetic, all only a few minutes walk away, the development has its own recreation area comprising of a large swimming pool and cabana, tennis courts and children's play area.
